Hi, I'm Zoë (she/her), a Hampton University Alumni with a B.A. in Strategic Communication. I am currently a MSc Global Media & Communications Candidate studying at The London School of Economics & Political Science in London, England.
I want to be the voice that helps accelerate opportunities for the next generation of up and coming women in the Public Relations industry. In my free time, I enjoy creative writing, cooking, traveling and traveling. I enjoy event planning, brand strategy, graphic designing, content creating, and creative directing.
My Story
People always want to know one’s “why.” Why public relations? Why do you want to be in this field? I went into the study of Strategic Communication because I truly enjoy getting to learn about people and what they gravitate towards when it comes to the reputation of a company’s or a brand's decisions. There have been so many times where companies or brands have made mistakes while trying to appeal towards specific audiences, and I feel as though they are missing authentic voices of people who look like me in the room when decisions are being made.
